BASIC COURSES
Thaikick basic course covers the basics of ring martial arts. After the course, options are a thaikick continuation group where is harder contact or the so-called kicking group (Potkis) where is no hard contact.
The basic course of Brazilian Jujutsu / Submission wrestling goes through the basics of mat fighting, the sport works as a very effective self-defense and fitness sport.
